Priority Objectives
Increase the number of workers able to deliver intake, health care and social services in English.
Improve the language skills of workers who began their training in 2005-2006.
Make workers more comfortable communicating in English.

Training Organization
Description of Planned Activities
Needs analysis, placement testing, immersion training, individualized learning, training evaluation, learning support outside of course times.
Maintenance of acquired skills and development activities:
After five days of intensive training, each worker will receive three hours of follow up during three consecutive weeks. Personnel will be encouraged to share in activities with volunteers (project in development).
