- Instructors of courses scheduled for in-person delivery can offer a maximum of 2 lectures virtually (via Zoom in myCourses) at their discretion. These virtual lectures must be reflected in the course outline. Any requests for additional virtual lectures must be sent to your Academic Program Coordinator to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Academic

- SCS course outlines (including assessments) must be pre-approved by APC and posted (course outline templates听and instructions)
- The SCS PowerPoint Template is required for teaching (how to use the PowerPoint template)
- If needed, order textbooks from the McGill Bookstore听(English and French language instructors:听your APC will听place textbook orders)
Assessments, Exams, and Grading
- : Whether or not your course includes a final exam, this听form must be completed as soon as your course outline has been approved听(Not applicable to English and French language instructors)
- Familiarize yourself with the听Policy on Assessment of Student Learning (PASL)
- Review SCS听exam procedures听(Not applicable to English and French language instructors)
- Know how and when to submit final grades
- Understand academic integrity policies, including听how to report alleged violations
