Working Remotely

NEW - Hybrid Team Reset

As we enter this new phase of Flexible Work Arrangements, it’s a great opportunity to take stock and to be even more purposeful in our choices of tools, practices and even attitudes. Hybrid work can be a wonderful asset for staff and organizations alike. Left unattended it can be a source of frustration and a slippery slope in terms engagement, productivity and sense of belonging.

No matter where you are in the process, both individually and as a team, may this guided team conversation be meaningful, constructive and honest, building upon what works and taking this opportunity to address what could be even better. It is recommended to reserve half a day for this Hybrid Team Reset(également disponible en français)training, however some teams may decide to separate it into 2 or 3 sessions.Use the supporting Hybrid Team Reset Workbook and Action Plan Template(également disponible en français) to capture important insights, “parking lot” items for further exploration at a later time, suggestions, and next steps that emerge during the team conversations.(For Administrative and Support Staff)

Don't miss this opportunity to commit to building shared understanding and alignment as you plan for next steps on the hybrid learning journey.
