My Healthy Workplace (MHW) is a University-wide continuous learning and improvement initiative that unites partners, champions and volunteers under one umbrella as we make McGill a healthy, safe and inclusive workplace for all.
Members of our healthy workplace community get involved in shaping and celebrating workplace practices that promote physical and psychological wellbeing for all employees. McGill staff build meaningful connections through a broad range of learning activities, programs and events that foster wellness, resilience and empowerment.
Through participation in focus groups, learning communities, ambassador programs, and working groups, employees make their diverse voices heard by McGill’s leadership and contribute to important workplace transformations.
Executive Sponsor President Deep Saini and Sponsor Diana Dutton, Interim Vice-President (Administration and Finance) join us in recognizing the over 150 committed volunteers who helped earn McGill its Excellence Canada Healthy Workplace Silver Certification.
