1. Outstanding education for outstanding learners:

  • Attract outstanding students
  • Prepare our students to stand out as leaders, collaborators, and communicators, able to work effectively across disciplines and professions
  • Include our faculty and staff as lifelong learners equipped to improve care, teach, conduct research, and serve at a time of change and complexity

  • Sustain an ambitious research culture to tackle problems that matter, do work that will make a difference
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, grounded in disciplinary strength, within the Faculty and beyond
  • Bridge gaps in the knowledge-to-action cycle within our research and clinical ecosystem

  • Foster a culture of openness, belonging and mutual respect to enhance and embrace the diversity of our students, staff and faculty
  • Engage effectively with key communities to define unmet needs and offer experiences that improve the education we provide
  • Ensure our work is known to our communities in Quebec and beyond through service, partnerships, public outreach and advocacy
