Eating Well for Menopause (Online)
Offered by the Health and Wellness Program in collaboration with the McGill School of Human Nutrition
Wondering how nutrition can support you through the process of menopause, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle during this life-stage? In this presentation, “Eating Well for Menopause” we will be sharing recommendations, recipes, practical tips and other essential information to help you stay healthy through your menopausal journey. Some of the topics covered will include symptoms and what is happening in your body during menopause, how to support overall health, enjoyable ways of building muscle and moving your body, and how to sort myth from fact when considering nutrition supplements or alternative therapies.
