In our last workshop, Coach Jen shared practical strategies for reducing mental load and rebalancing household responsibilities. This follow-up session offers a chance to reflect on your progress, share experiences, and address common challenges. Have questions about dividing specific cards, navigating situations where your partner doesn’t follow through on commitments, or exploring creative solutions to support your family? This is the perfect opportunity to get answers.

In the last workshop, Amani Al-asmar, Registered Dietitian and Faculty Lecturer at the School of Human Nutrition, introduced the concept of intuitive eating and its guiding principles, focusing on breaking free from diet culture and reconnecting with natural hunger and fullness cues. The upcoming session builds on this foundation by exploring the practice of mindful eating, with an emphasis on creating a balanced, intuitive approach to meal planning.
