Diabetes, often referred to as the 21st-century epidemic, not only raises the chances of experiencing strokes, heart attacks, kidney failure, and blindness but also affects a substantial number of individuals. In Quebec alone, a staggering 1.2 million people grapple with diabetes, with 620 new diagnoses emerging every day.
