The Chan Kwok Wai and Fong Lam Hsu Faculty of Education Learning Commons (EDUC 120) within theÌýÌýis a dynamic study hub and conference venue of interconnected yet distinct study areas. State-of-the-art audiovisual pods, perfect for small working groups or collective study sessions, enable students to connect to a shared screen.Ìý Pods (121A through 121G) can be . Dedicated individual study spaces for reading, reflection, and independent work are also part of the Learning Commons as well as a new Computer LabÌý(EDUC 122). This transformation of the Learning Commons is largely thanks to a generous $1M donation from the Chan Kwok Wai Foundation.

Education Curriculum Resources Centre
The Education Curriculum Resources Centre is a library space of the . Library staff are happy to help you find what you’re looking for and provide advice about the Centre’s collection and loans and other support.
The Centre contains:
- Reserve Collection – materials for your courses on short-term loan

- Children’s and Young Adult Literature Collection

Humanities and Social Sciences Library
The main collection can be found on the second floor of the Humanities and Social Sciences Library (HSSL) in the . If you need an article that is not offered electronically, please use anÌýInterlibrary Loan to request that the article be sent to you. You can select and pick up your materials in person, or you can simply place a hold request through the Catalogue and arrange for the book(s) to be delivered to the Curriculum Resources Centre, or to any McGill branch library.

Additional Library Services and Requests
Additional Education materials can be requested from the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Collections Centre (as of May 2024). Select and pick up your Education materials in person, or simply place a hold request through the Catalogue and arrange for the book(s) to be delivered to the Curriculum Resources Centre, or to any McGill branch library.
Articles or chapters that the Library owns in print but not electronically, can be scanned and sent to you using the Article/Chapter Scan Service.
Articles or chapters not owned by McGill, or physical items not owned by McGill or any Quebec University Library, can be requested via Interlibrary Loan Services.
Physical items owned by a Quebec University Library can be obtained via Network Loan Services by requesting it through the catalogue.
