Biography: 

Dr. Tassos Dionisopoulos is Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Jewish General Hospital.

Following his residency in General Surgery he also completed his training in Plastic Surgery at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. His subsequent Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City focused on micro-surgery and breast reconstruction. He is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. D, as he is fondly referred to by his patients and colleagues, has been performing aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery for over two decades. He has a passion for improving outcomes in breast reconstruction, which is also his main research focus.

He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and is a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgery, l’Association des specialists en chirurgie plastique et esthétique du Québec, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
