Strategic Plan 2023- 2026
The new Strategic Plan was co-created by the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy (SPOT) faculty, staff, students, and partners. The process took place at quarterly meetings over the span of one year.
First, the School's mission and vision were revised and updated to guide the strategic planning process.
Next, a series of interactive brainstorming sessions were held to identify the strategic themes most important to members of the SPOT community. Information from these sessions was synthesized by a steering committee, with ongoing discussion and feedback from participants. This development and consensus process led to the creation of SPOT’s strategic plan consisting of strategic themes and objectives.
Strategic Plan ThemesÌý
