Both entrepreneurs shared experiences and key takeaways, emphasizing the importance of adaptability, strategic pivoting, selling ideas and seeking help. Amplify Connections 2022

In an effort to serve our community, NeuroSphere hosted this event to share information and contacts to facilitate the commercialization of high-potential projects.It provided the latest information on resources available to the NeuroSphere’s community, allowed connections with relevant people, and highlighted success stories on commercializing research while building an academic career.

Health Startup Day 2020

NeuroSphere co-organized the third annual Health Startup Day. Through speaker presentations and networking opportunities, this event facilitated ecosystem and community building, while raising and discussing pertinent topics around some of the current challenges and opportunities in health innovation, and offered networking opportunities.

Buzz in Review 2020

NeuroSphere co-organised the 2020 edition of the NeuroTech Buzz in Review. This event offered an in-depth recap of what happened in the world of neurotechnology in 2019. The Montreal edition of this worldwide event featured networking opportunities, industry and research recaps, lightning talks by graduate students/postdocs, and more.

This event was presented in collaboration with NeuroTechX.


Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Researchers 2020

NeuroSphere co-organised a workshop exploring the path that leads from scientific findings to commercialization. It provided attendees with valuable resources about business funding, IP and advice about entrepreneurship. Guest speakers, including representatives of accelerators hubs and experts from the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Montreal, addressed these challenges.

This event was presented in collaboration with the Center for Research on Brain, Language and Music (CRBLM) and the McGill Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ENGINE).
