Students from the School of Human Nutrition share a pocket guide to food sustainability including tips on budget-saving, buying locally, meal prepping, & minimizing food waste, to navigate a healthier tomorrow. If you love trying new dishes and want to learn some tips and tricks to save money when cooking, make sure to join us when we share with you one of our favourite plant-based recipes that will keep you energized, and your tastebuds satisfied!
