Monday

10:00 - 10:30 AM:One of the best ways to build motivation is by getting started. Start your week strong by joining a 30-minute "plan your week" session on Monday mornings.

10:30 - 11:00 AM:Stay on track with a 30min “plan your week” session on Monday mornings. Meet with a group of peers to set your intentions, boost motivation, troubleshoot challenges, and (most importantly) take the pressure off!

4:30 - 7:30 PM:Winter 2025 Orientation is your opportunity to get to know 㽶Ƶ, meet new friends, and kick off your first year at 㽶Ƶ! MORSL will be tabling there!

Tuesday

6:00 - 7:00 PM: at St. Andrew and St. Paul. A fun and relaxed opportunity to practice French. All ages and abilities are welcome. We are always looking for Francophones to mentor and guide Anglophones. If you are interested in attending, reservations are strongly encouraged via info [at] standrewstpaul.com (subject: French%20conversation) (email )but not required. French Conversation Tables will be held every second Tuesday unless otherwise noted.

Wednesday

8:30 - 9:30 AM:Join Religions for Peace International for a virtual gathering of diverse religious and faith leaders, offering a sacred space for prayer, reflection, and renewed commitment as we begin a new year. This is an opportunity to lift our collective prayers for those suffering from the brunt of global challenges and commit ourselves to transformative action towards shared human flourishing and peace grounded on the sacred.

12:00 - 1:00 PM:Come meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained in providing you with comfort and stress relief.

2:00 - 3:00 PM:Take a break with your Local Wellness Advisor, a member of the Arts OASIS team and your peers.

5:30 - 7:00 PM:In this session, students explore the definition of leadership and consider important aspects of leadership.

7:30 PM:Indigenous folks, Black folks and people of colour (IBPOC) are often in the minority in Unitarian Universalists congregations and communities. Gathering together with others who share similar identities and experiences can reduce isolation and support us in getting our spiritual needs met.

Thursday

10:00 - 11:00 AM:Unsure of where to start? No need to wait to see an Access Advisor one-on-one! Join Access Advisors, Monique and Connie, to get started on your wellness planning.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:Meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief.

2:00 - 3:30 PM:Having difficulty getting started? Do you find yourself putting off tasks? Join this workshop to (1) develop an awareness of what is procrastination and how you procrastinate, (2) identify how procrastination works, and (3) discuss how to change "procrastination to "doing."

3:30 PM:Join United Church of Christ for a conversation with a sex-positive Disciple of Christ Pastor, Rev. Dr. Beverly Dale whose ministerial call is to help Christians rethink the 2000 year-old Christian teaching about our sexual bodies when many have been harmful to intimate relationships and dampened our joy of being spiritual in all of our physicality.

Friday

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM:Join our group and connect with other student-parents to receive support, ideas, and encouragement.

1:00 - 2:00 PM:Adjusting to life in a new country can be exciting but also challenging. Join ISS and Vent Over Tea for an open and supportive discussion about cultural shock.

1:00 - 3:00 PM:Want to serve in the community and connect with fellow McGill students? Come join us for a Food Sorting activity at Mission Bon Accueil

6:00 - 9:00 PM:Join us and McGill Athletes as they explain the game of hockey! Learn a bit about the history, its cultural relevance here in Canada and some strategy.

Saturday

10:15 AM:at Temple Emanu-el-Beth Sholom

10:30 AM:with Chabad McGill.

Sunday

12:30 PM:at the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul.
