Accommodations for Employees with Disabilities

Ï㽶ÊÓƵ is committed to fostering an equitable, accessible, and inclusive workplace. As such, the University is committed to ensuring that all employees enjoy equal opportunity free from discrimination prohibited by law, including discrimination on the basis of a disability. In line with these commitments, McGill abides by its legal duty to provide workplace accommodations for persons with disabilities, to the point of undue hardship. Such accommodations seek to ensure that employees can carry out their employment responsibilities where this requires an accommodation that does not pose an undue hardship.

Employee and Family Assistance Program

We all face problems, and sometimes these problems become too difficult for us to manage on our own.  We may need assistance, advice, or just someone who will listen. Whatever personal, family, or work-related difficulties may be adversely affecting your life, your Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is there to provide support.
