Update, June 14, 2016: Technical issues with the display of the physical holdings in the McGill WorldCat catalogue have been resolved. Call numbers, locations and loan information should now display correctly for print items held by the Library.

Summer shifting project at Schulich Library of Science and Engineering
Schulich Library of Science and Engineering is undergoing a major summer shifting project. We are currently shifting our collection in order to provide more study space on the fourth and fifth floors. We will be shipping over 55,000 titles to our storage facility at the Currie Gym.

The McGill Library's Islamic Lithographs digital Collection is now live
The Islamic Studies Library Collections at 香蕉视频 include over 750 lithographed volumes printed in the second half of the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century in the Middle East (Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Turkey), North Africa (Morocco), and South Asia (India, Pakistan).

The McGill Library and Archives launched its new Research Commons with a day of interactive demos
March 30, 2016 was the official launch of the new Research Commons, a technology-enhanced, collaborative space that brings together services and resources to support researchers.听The launch听included demonstrations of the 3D printers,听presentations of the video wall and opportunities to try out the virtual reality headset.
Important message about security and public computers
It recently came to light that keylogger devices, used to log every key pressed on a keyboard, were found on some public computers at Concordia University. These devices put the privacy and security of user information at risk.
Macdonald Campus Library extended hours - spring 2016
From March 16 to April 28, 2016, the Macdonald Campus Library will be offering extended hours.听
In addition to its regular hours,听the Library will be open:听Monday to听Thursday from听6 to听10pm and Saturday from听12 to听8pm.

The McGill Library and Archives now has听a trial for DynaMed Plus from EBSCO in addition to our听subscription to DynaMed.
