Book Launch: Activating Linguistic and Cultural Diversity in the Language Classroom
The Plurilingual Lab Speaker Series invites you to the virtual book launch event of: Activating Linguistic and Cultural Diversity in the Language Classroom.
In this panel presentation, the four co-editors, Enrica Piccardo (OISE/University of Toronto), Geoff Lawrence (York University), Aline Germain-Rutherford (University of Ottawa), and Angelica Galante (Ï㽶ÊÓƵ) will introduce the volume, and discuss pedagogical innovation and research directions that can assist language educators and researchers to reflect on the implications of achieving sustainable change in language education.
This book challenges the reader to rethink and (re)imagine what diversity in language education means in transnational societies.
November 24, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. Registration for the Zoom link is free.
