‘Make mental health & well-being for all a global priority’ is this year’s World Mental Health Day’s (October 10th) main message. While the pandemic has, and continues to, take a toll on our mental health, it is of even greater importance to recognize this day and to seek any opportunity to re-kindle our efforts to protect and improve mental health.

Jason Dellatolla competing in McGill 3MT Finals
We are excited to announce that Jason Dellatolla, first year PhD student in Kinesiology Sciences, supervised by Dr. Lindsay Duncan, will be competing in the 㽶Ƶ 3-Minute-Thesis Finals, today, on April 6th from 3-5pm. Jason is tasked with the challenge of presenting his research on innovative education and treatment approaches for mental health issues in no more than three minutes.
