Marking the sixth year of participating in the 2018 Rotman International Trading Competition (RITC), a team of Desautels鈥� students took 1st place in the MATLAB Options Volatility Case. The team consisted of BCom students Matei Popescu, Jasmine Chi, and Percy Ahn; Masters of Management in Finance students Zacharie LeBlanc and Joanie Grimard; and PhD candidate Chengyu Zhang.

Since graduating from Desautels, Debra Kelsall (BCom鈥�15, Honours in Investment Management) has achieved great success as an associate in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in London, where she works in debt capital markets and corporate risk management.
She recently sat down with Professor Karl Moore to talk about her journey so far, including what it鈥檚 like to relocate to a foreign country and the work culture of Goldman Sachs.听
