The Planning with Purpose information session is an introduction to the Individual Development Plan (IDP) at McGill. This session covers the process and building blocks of creating a meaningful IDP and goal setting.

Do you find it challenging to balance your academics with other aspects of your life? Do you sometimes feel isolated? Do you at times struggle to retain your focus and motivation? Join the Mac Grad support group for ideas, encouragement, and a sense of connectedness. Students welcome to bring their lunch.
Stay on track with a 30min “plan your week” session on Monday mornings. Meet with a group of peers to set your intentions, boost motivation, troubleshoot challenges, and (most importantly) take the pressure off! Are you a student as well as a parent? Do you find it challenging to balance family and academic obligations? Do you feel disconnected from your peers? Join our group and connect with other student-parents to receive support, ideas, and encouragement. Registrants may attend any or all sessions.
