Vanessa Richardson is a dedicated advocate for student wellness, bringing her passion and unique perspective as a recent Bachelor or Arts student to the role of Administrative Coordinator at the WELL Office. During her time at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, Vanessa studied Philosophy and Cognitive Science. As an undergraduate, Vanessa designed and facilitated workshops on equity and inclusion for students at Teaching and Learning Services. With her background in fostering inclusive communities, she later became the President and Founder of the McGill Black Students' Financial Society, actively aiming to bridge gaps in financial literacy, encourage holistic wellness, and support more equitable outcomes amongst the student body. Vanessa has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations in the areas of administration, event planning, and strategic consulting.  In addition to working with the WELL Office, she currently serves as Program Coordinator for the Multicultural and Diversity Project. 

Vanessa is thrilled to be part of the WELL Office team, drawn to the office's commitment to creating a safe and confidential space that actively nurtures the health and well-being of learners. She is excited to contribute to the mission of creating, promoting, and sustaining a culture of resilience within the university learning environment.
