Overview

History : The development of scientific ideas in the 17th and 18th centuries, with particular emphasis on Newton and Leibniz, and their influence during the Enlightenment.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2011-2012 academic year.

  • Prerequisite: Permission of instructor
  • Students must register for both HIST 479D1 and HIST 479D2.
  • No credit will be given for this course unless both HIST 479D1 and HIST 479D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
