16 -Â The University has an obligation to provide students with available relevant information concerning financial assistance offered by public funding bodies for the pursuit of higher learning.
17Ìý-Â Students shall have equal access to non-competitive funding for which they are eligible, and criteria for eligibility shall not be arbitrary; applications to the University for such funding must receive a fair and impartial evaluation.
