Students and alumni who require forms or other documents from Ï㽶ÊÓƵ to be issued to a third party, will need to access Minerva to submit their requestÌýand upload their document (as applicable).
Following submission of their request via Minerva, the forms/documents will be prepared and issued to students/alumni via ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address displaying under Step 2 of their Minerva order form and they willÌýbe required to access the ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ platform, create an account (upon initial access) and purchase share credits in order to view their duly completed form/letter/document and share it as required.
Note: To share documents with a third party via ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢, students and alumni will need to pay $15.00 per share. This fee is paid via the ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ platform.
Students/alumni can expect to see ARUCCMYCREDSMESCERTIF as the merchant name appearing on your credit card statement.
