Every year, the SQP co-hosts Launch of the Rainbow and Return of the Rainbow, and supports Queer History Month:
- Launch of the Rainbow -听a lavender graduation/celebration听ceremony for 2SLGBTQIA+听students graduating from McGill听
- Return of the Rainbow -听a homecoming event for 2SLGBTQIA+听students and alumni听
- Queer History Month -听a series of events and activities that celebrate and remember听the histories of diverse 2SLGBTQIA+ communities听
