Project Description:
Two fan-coils will be added to the third floor of the Macdonald Stewart building in order to supply year-round cooling to the labs, freezer farm & autoclave rooms in the area.ÌýThe new fan-coils will connect to the newly installed chilled water line.
Project Scope:
Installation of Fan-coils. Add year-round cooling to rooms MS3-19,22,23,24,26,59,64 & 65 using the new chilled water line in the Macdonald Stewart building of Macdonald Campus.
Room MS3-059 is a freezer farm that desperately needs additional cooling and it is adjacent to the other rooms, creating a natural block. Furthermore, the autoclave room situated in MS3-026 also desperately needs additional cooling. Rooms 19, 22, 23, 24 & 26 make another natural block for this new installation.Ìý
