Project Description:
This project is to renovate Labs 1295, 1299 (upgrade the classroom to improve the students experience and improve the AV technology as well as the lighting, furniture and ventilation).
Project Scope:
(Former project 19-123) This project is to renovate Labs 1295, 1299 funded by TLS.
As per TLS and users requirements, this project is to upgrade the classroom to improve the students experience and improve the AV technology as well as the furniture (flexible, for classes and individual tests) respecting a max capacity of 25 for classrooms # 1295 and # 1299. Also remove old and noisy ventilation units from the ceiling, and renovate the ventilation.
Originally, lab # 1271 was supposed to be renovated also. But an Occupancy Study report prepared for project 16-142 required to reduce the existing occupants on the entire floor.
