Centre for Pediatric Simulation

Improving patient care: one simulation at a time

The Centre for Pediatric Simulation supports teams within the Montreal Children's Hospital, as well as academic, industrial, and community partners focused on the care of children, to develop interprofessional and interdisciplinary simulation activities. The use of simulation fosters the acquisition of new skills, crisis resource management, decision-making, and family-centered care, while improving clinical outcomes. We are committed to making these simulation activities accessible to clinical and non-clinical participants in order to innovate, disseminate knowledge, and promote quality and safety. Our unique in situ approach allows participants to problem-solve within their own dynamic setting and supports the implementation of learning into practice.
