PCSA Student WiP Seminar Series

PCSA Student WiP Seminar Series  The PCSA will be organizing a monthly student “Work in Progress” (WiP) seminar series for their members to gain experience in public speaking/scientific talks. The events will take place on Fridays between 12 noon and 1pm in room 208 of the Duff building. What it entails:  •	Target Audience: AECRP Students (professors can be invited by the presenter if they wish) •	Frequency: 3rd or 4th Friday of every month (i.e. once a month), it would be a lunch talk (12pm - 1pm) •	Length

  • Target Audience: AECRP Students (professors can be invited by the presenter if they wish)

  • Frequency: 3rd or 4th Friday of every month (i.e. once a month), it would be a lunch talk (12pm - 1pm)

  • Length of Presentation: ~20-25 minutes (up to you, but try to aim for 30 mins)

  • Format of Presentation: at your discretion but typically would include Background, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion/Relevance

For the fall term, talks will be held on Sept 27th, Oct 18th, Nov 22nd and Dec 13th.
