The health and well-being of individuals in relation to food choices and physiological status prevails as the unifying theme of the programs in the School of Human Nutrition. The availability of food, normal metabolism and clinical nutrition, community nutrition at the local and international level, the evaluation of nutritional products and their use in nutrition, and the communication of information about food and health form the core of academic programs.
The School offers UNDERGRADUATE and GRADUATE programs.
Potential students can also contact the studentinfo.macdonald [at] mcgill.ca (Student Affairs Office) to arrange a tour of the School of Human Nutrition and of the Macdonald campus.
