    • Handles all queries from undergraduate students.
    • Assists with student’s record related to course administration including equivalencies, recognition of courses from other institutions and transfer of credits, deferred and supplemental exams, grades and grade changes, permit overrides, etc.
    • Handles distribution and verification of mark submissions for courses.
    • Preparation of licensure documents.
    • Assistance with registration issues.

    • Handles distribution and verification of mark submissions and add/drop and forwards to GPSO by deadline.
    • Prepares forms requesting diplomas and lists of graduating students.
