The audience are the people that will be invited and are expected to attend the event.
Event publicity may include email, posters, e-screen advertisement, website, mailings.
Contact information should include the name, title, telephone and email coordinates for the person who is responsible for implementing your promotion campaign.
This venue would be in addition to the main location used for the event. Please specify what your needs are in 'Other' below.
