This session will focus on self-care and what it means to create, commit to, and sustain self-care practices. Given the fact that we live with an increasing amount of stress, why does it feel so daunting to look after ourselves? This session will introduce the concept of self-care and how it can be incorporated into our daily life. By the end of this session, participants will:
