McGill’s Performance Dialogue Process
This workshop focuses on the practical aspect of performance dialogue as an M Staff. Effective Performance Dialogue involves a partnership between supervisors and employees and is based on the annual planning and regular review of pre-established individual objectives that are linked to unit priorities. Performance Dialogue supports a culture of continuous learning for individuals, teams and the institution at large. By developing an in-depth understanding of this process, you will be able to maximize its value not only for your own professional pursuits but for those of your unit as well.
