Forest Bathing Walk
In-Person Session -ÌýMac Campus - Morgan Arboretum
Join forest therapy guide, Sophie Monkman, on a guided walk through a series of sensory-based activities. Forest Bathing is intended to help individuals slow down, drop into their senses, explore, connect with their surroundings, and follow their curiosities. Participants will often feel very relaxed after a forest bathing walk, and many may have a profound experience.
A core intention of this practice is to remember to slow down, pay more attention, and engage with one’s life, as well as continue one’s own journey of deepening their relationship with our earth and its inhabitants.
Please note that participants are responsible to and from the Morgan Arboretum.
