Visit to Shambhala Meditation Centre - My Neighbour's Faith series
Join MORSL for a guided visit of the Centre, a sample meditation session and an opportunity for Q&A with experienced meditation practitioners.

Part of the "My Neighbour’s Faith" series of visits to religious organizations and sacred sites around Montreal to learn about different faith traditions, observe a religious practice, and ask questions of community members.After a guided visit, participants experience Shambhala Meditation session followed by a Q&A led by experienced meditation practitioners in order to gain a better understanding of the religious beliefs and practices of the members of this faith community.Through exposure, dialogue and experiential learning, students who participate in these visits become better equipped to live harmoniously in a pluralistic society.
