The Spiritual Side of Yoga Session 3: Pranayama
Join MORSL in exploring the spiritual side of yoga. Happening 6:00 -7:00 PM on Wednesdays for a total of 6 weeks, this class is informative, soothing and meditative, and suited for every body and all levels. Every session includes learning spiritual concepts from yogic traditions and plenty of time to put them into practice on the mat. This session will focus on "Pranayama," a practice of connecting with the breath. Registration is required for each individual session.Â
