Mindfulness App Sampling Session with MORSL and MEYA
About This Project
As part of the McGill Well Week, MORSL is pleased to host a demonstration of a student-centred mindfulness project. For several months, a group of McGill students working under MEYA (Make Energy Your Awareness) have been developing a meditation app for students and will be demonstrating a few of their tracks to be released in the spring. Please drop in to have a listen, give the students your feedback, and enjoy their innovative approach to mindfulness, using a variety of music tempos and voice-over affirmations intended to make meditation accessible anywhere. Whether you 're walking to school, at the gym, or chilling at home, the students at MEYA hope to help students improve mood and decrease anxiety.Â
