The McGill Institute for Air and Space Law offers three advanced academic programs.

Institute of air and space law logo

  • TheÌýDoctor of Law (D.C.L.), a research degree with a comprehensive examination and a doctoral thesis.
  • TheÌýMaster of Laws (LL.M.), with thesis or non-thesis, of 45 credits
  • TheÌýGraduate Certificate in Air and Space Law, a course work program with no thesis and a minimum of 15 credits
