McISCE Award for Competitions and Outreach

The McGill Centre for Innovation in Storage and Conversion of Energy (McISCE) is offering awards up to $2,500 for undergraduate students or groups entering competitions or engaging in outreach activities related to energy.

The deadline to apply for this award is November 20, 2023.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Undergraduate students
  • Competition or outreach activity needs to take place in the 2023-2024 academic year.

To apply:

  • Complete before November 20, 2023.
  • You will need to provide a short description (less than 100 words) of:
    • the competition or outreach activity that requires funding and how it relates to energy,
    • how you would use the funds,
    • your team (number of members, how long you’ve been working together, etc.)

Winners will need to:

  • Display the McISCE logo on their website, post about the funding on the group’s social media accounts and show the logo and mention McISCE during the event.
  • Share the group’s logo with McISCE so it can be used on the McISCE website and social media accounts.
