New! LibKey/BrowZine Integration with WorldCat Discovery Starting February 4, 2020
McGill Library is excited to announce that we will be integrating our Discovery catalogue and link resolver with BrowZine’s LibKey service starting on February 4, 2020.
This means that links to article PDFs will be available right from the catalogue or link resolver for many articles. The service will also provide an option for browsing articles from the same issue or latest issue of the parent journal.
Follow these instructions:
- Having entered your search query, limit the results to “articles”. When a LibKey PDF link is available, it will display in the usual link area.
- Simply click on the View PDF link to open the PDF directly from the publisher. You can still visit the publisher’s main platform for the PDF or HTML full text by clicking on the “View full text” link instead of “View PDF”.
- To browse articles from the same journal issue or the latest issue, click on the article title link and open the “Browse Related Articles” tab. Click on either the “Explore articles from this issue…” or “Explore articles from most recent issue…”
