Xradia Fee Structure

Scanning fees include specimen mounting, calibration and optimization of the scanner, image data acquisition, reconstructing raw CT data into slices, processing data to minimize artifacts, and transferring and temporary archival of the data.

Most scans can be achieved in under six hours. Only some submicron resolution, dual energy, or phase contrast scans or atypical specimens may require longer scanning times. 

Rates

  • Academic rate: $250 per scan up to 4 hrs. $50 per additional hour.
  • Non-academic rate: $500 per scan up to 4 hrs. $100 per additional hour.

$50 additional per sample if soft tissue contrast enhancement processing is required. We offer a variety of contrast enhancement methods and perform these on site.
