Intermediate Data Analysis with Excel
This 2 hour virtual workshop will provide you with intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (2016 version). You will gain an overview of pivot tables, conditional formulas, nested formulas, and additional data analysis tools. Participants will work to complete exercises using real-world data. From this session, participants will gain intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, a more complex understanding of data analysis techniques in spreadsheet applications, and practical experience in critical approaches to thinking about data.

Some prior experience with Excel is recommended, such as completion of the Introduction to Working with Data in Excel workshop, or familiarity with basic Excel terminology (e.g. functions, formulas, sheets, cells, rows, columns, etc.) and using spreadsheets to collect, organize, or conduct basic analyses of data.
