April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month. Join us and Vent Over Tea on April 13th from 5:45-7:30 p.m. EST for a free, interactive virtual workshop on how to support someone impacted by sexual and gendered violence.Ìý Participants will learn about the various effects that sexual violence can have on individuals and communities and about the key components to providing trauma-informed support when someone discloses. By using appropriate tools and approaches, participants are empowered to apply this new learning through group activities and case scenarios. In addition, participants will become familiar with the many different support resources available on and off-campus.
