Master of Arts in Educational Psychology

This Master's level program focuses on gaining skills for educational research applicable to the health professions and on how educational psychology and related theories inform the design, implementation and assessment of educational programs in the health professions. This program will produce a graduate who can recognize the role of education in a health professions context, who possesses the skills in research to conduct empirical research in health education settings, and who can apply research results to solve practical problems in this field. The program is offered jointly between the McGill Institute of Health Sciences Education and the McGill Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology.
