This mini-conference, in its second year, featured听the original research of McGill's undergraduate and graduate law students, with sixteen students presenting their research papers. The conference consisted of four panels reflecting four themes:听
- Hearing the Other
- Governing Institutions听
- Rights and Inclusion
- Regulating Technologies
This mini-conference was presented by Borden Ladner Gervais, the Paul-Andr茅 Cr茅peau Centre for Private and Comparative Law & the Institute of Comparative Law, with additional support from Dean Daniel Jutras.
