How do I register for Global Health Night?

Registrations for Global Health Night are now closed. You can still participate to the and at 7 PM EDT.

    I registered for Global Health Night, where do I join?

    • Double-check your email to make sure you received the message with instructions on how to participate. We will have sent it to the email you used to RSVP to the event. The sender will be “Jesse Radz - GHP” the sender's email address email will be ghp.med [at] mcgill.ca.

    I’m not sure which email address I used to register for Global Health Night.

    • Try searching for your Global Health Night registration confirmation email in your various email accounts in order to determine which email address you used to register for Global Health Night.
    • The email address you used to RSVP will have received an email from the address ghp.med [at] mcgill.ca with the subject line: “Thank for your Global Health Night RSVP!”.
    • That message may have landed in your spam folder.

    I registered but I cannot be there at 5:00 PM EDT. Can I still join?

    • Yes! You can browse the Digital Poster Gallery anytime and watch our for interviews with the presenters.
    • After 7:00 PM, we will ask everyone to join the keynote address .

    Will the Digital Poster Gallery be interactive?

    Seeing as most poster presenters will be presenting at the in-person event, the Digital Poster Gallery will not be interactive. A few presenters will be interviewed during our .

    How do I find a specific poster topic or presenter?

    You can browse posters either via topic or region. You can also use our online poster directory.

    I can’t find the keynote address

    Can I ask questions to the keynote speaker?

    Online Global Health Night attendees can pose questions to Dr. Ogilvie using our starting at 7 PM on November 2nd.

    Will the recording be available afterwards?

    Unfortunately, a recording will not be available after this year's event.

    Is there an in-person version of Global Health Night?

    Yes, however in line with current 㽶Ƶ and government guidelines, the in-person component of this year's Global Health Night event is very small and by invitation only. Students will be sharing snippets of the in-person event via .
