2019 Global Health Poster Fair

The 2019 Global Health Night hosted a Global Health Poster Fair to showcase McGill student work in global health research and programming. This was an opportunity for students to network and have their work shared and recognized. Many thanks to all the students who participated!

Poster abstracts are encouraged from all fields with relevance to global health including communicable and non-communicable disease, education and capacity building, policy, governance and economics, determinants of health (social, environmental and otherwise), innovations and technologies. Abstracts and posters must fall into one of three categories:

  2. Global health initiatives: Programs and missions undertaken by groups --see examples of initiative posters here and here
  3. Global health Clinical Placement: Supervised practice in approved clinical situations for clinical students -- see example here

In the event that an abstract falls under both categories please choose the most appropriate option.

Ï㽶ÊÓƵ is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. McGill honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
