“Dr. Isabelle Leblanc has done a remarkable job in global health in primary care, mainly addressing vulnerable women. Her recent work in India inspired me and reminded me of the importance of my role as a family doctor in not only my community but also in other unserved areas around the world.â€

Prior to medecine, Dr. Leblanc obtained a Master's in Anthropology and her research interests include advocacy, transcultural medical practice and global health.
