eSpace - Space Management System

eSpace replaces the space management functions of FAMIS. It offers the ability to view building layouts, floor plans, architectural/mechanical/final-as-built plans as well as other types of documents related to construction and renovation projects.ÌýÌý

It also offers the possibility of generating several types of reports containing building and floor data, by campus, building or floor. These reports may, for example, be used to provide space usage data to the Québec Ministry of Education.

Until further notice, service requests must still go through FAMIS.

Who is the system for?

This system is used by Facilities Management and Ancillary Services as well as building directors and space coordinators to view space usage information and manage space allocation. Other selected employees whose work requires it can also view building and floor plans using eSpace. Access to the system and updating rights are restricted to these users.

To request access, you need to fill in the webform below. You can expect a response from the Campus Planning and Development team within 5 working days.ÌýÌý
